Molecular diagnostic is a method of diagnosing diseases by detecting RNA and DNA, etc. present in biological origin at the molecular level. Small samples show high accuracy and have an advantage that are suitable for early diagnosis, customization, and monitoring. The 1copy ™ Probe, the core technology of 1drop molecular diagnosis, consists of a hybrid form with RNA inside the probe. In order to improve the resolution efficiency of this probe, RNase, a new enzyme suitable for hot-start techniques, was developed and applied to the product. As a result, the final fluorescence signal increases significantly by showing very high Probe resolution. This allows us to reliably detect single-molecular levels of DNA, RNA.

Immunodiagnosis is a method of diagnosing diseases such as pregnancy, malaria, flu, HIV, HBV, and so on.
Using the principle of antigen-antibodies reaction, which is an in vivo immune response. Typically LFIA (Lateral Flow Immunochromatography Assay) sensors are easy to carry, fast to measure, and cheap to use for on-site diagnosis.
However, only on/off qualitative analysis is possible, which is not accurate, so it is only used for screening purposes. 1drop applied a machine-learning algorithm by utilizing multi-feature obtained from cameras in commercial smartphones.
As a result, of the analysis of LFIA sensors obtained by this algorithm, accurate quantitative analysis is possible, so prevention/diagnosis/monitoring is possible as well as screening.
